NITROX stick PROBLENDER NTS

The NITROX PROBLENDER stick is a device that allows you to mix Nitrox up to 40% using oxygen cylinders until the end.

An oxygen pressure regulator (supplied with the PROBLENDER) and its 2m extension cable, allows the connection of a B20 or B50 oxygen cylinder.

Then, the operator trained in NITROX mixtures adjusts the value of the desired mixture before compressing it via the diving compressor. The PROBLENDER will have been previously connected to the air inlet of the compressor.

The PROBLENDER is completely safe. First of all, it has an ignition key that authorizes or not its use. If the key is on OFF, it is not possible to use the stick and the compressor will inflate with air. Then, if the level of oxygen drawn in exceeds 40%, the PROBLENDER immediately cuts off the oxygen supply. Finally, if the compressor stops, the PROBLENDER also cuts off the oxygen supply.

The connection is made with 1" connections for compressors from 6 to 18m3/h and with 1"1/2 connections for compressors with flow rates from 18m3/h to 60m3/h.
