Shearwater launches its new SHEARWATER PETREL 3 SA dive computer to replace the well-known PETREL 2

The PETREL 3 SA is Shearwater's ultimate computer for 2022. It is the brand's most advanced computer.

First, it features the largest screen in the lineup, with a 5.5cm diameter AMOLED color display and heavy-duty Aluminosilicate glass for exceptional brightness. A titanium reinforcement on the periphery of the screen allows a strong resistance to abrasion.

The control buttons have also been replaced by titanium buttons with adjustable sensitivity.

The second major advantage of the PETREL 3 SA is the arrival of air management by pressure transmitters, which the PETREL 2 did not have. It can manage up to 4 pressure transmitters.

The user alert system by vibration has also been modified to make it stronger and more perceptible.

Like all SHEARWATER computers, the Petrel 3 SA benefits from the full software suite allowing the updating of its firmware and the downloading of dive data.
