This version of the COLTRI ICON compressor (MCH6) has been developed to meet the need for high pressure air such as breathing air and for small industrial or laboratory processes. It can also be used for shooting sports and small paintball structures.
The ICON series is the most widely used and most popular due to its reduced size and weight.
Since 2009, this version has been chosen by the Army and the Marine and River Brigades to upgrade all their compressors. The ICON series is one of the most popular machines in the world. Equipped with a flexible inflation outlet, a drive motor, a robust compression block and a compact chassis with carrying handle.

All materials are machined from lightweight, high energy alloys for increased reliability. The ground cylinder is treated to achieve a high hardness surface, which facilitates high resistance to abrasion, friction, wear and seizure. The crankshaft is mounted on heavy-duty SKF bearings, which ensure long block life even at high temperatures.

The 316L stainless steel interstage cooling coils are sized for optimum cooling and longer filter cartridge life.

A compact MCH6 ICON INOX frame!

The welded frame of the ICON series promotes a good cooling flow and protects the user. The frame contains the electric motor, the compression unit, the filtration system and 1 flexible outlet with DIN inflation connection or support. For the most severe operating conditions (marine environments), this version of the ICON compressor is designed with a stainless steel frame.

The ICON series compressors are equipped with several filtration systems to ensure air quality according to EN 12021:2014.

The compressor unit is equipped with a cyclone separator on the 4th stage. The final filtration provides oil, odor and water filtration.

Pressure relief valves are available as an option for industrial processes in fixed systems.
