When you have a 300bar compressor with a DIN 300bar connection, it is not possible to inflate a cylinder to DIN 200bar.

With this adapter, you can inflate a cylinder with a working pressure of 200bar from a 300bar compressor. You can do this safely because there is an overpressure valve calibrated to 200bar which protects the cylinders from overpressure.
