• New generation box with superb grip.
• The transparent Lexan of the rear door allows a verification of the good positioning of the camera body and the control levers in the box. The specially formulated gray color reflects the sun's rays to provide better cooling of the camera over time, including 4K cameras. Compared to the black or transparent boxes, the gray color offers a higher contrast for better viewing of the LCD screen.
• The levers and buttons allow the use of almost all the original controls of the camera.
• A G9-compatible electronic converter (sold as an option) retrieves and transmits TTL information for an external flash: calculation and automatic modification of the required flash output according to the ambient brightness.
• A flash plug, via a watertight connector, allows the use of a TTL external flash of the Ikelite range, DS51, 125, 160, 161. The sync cable connection inhibits the camera's internal flash triggering and thus significantly increases battery life.
• Extra wide and flexible zoom control for fine and precise focus adjustment.
• The box is equipped with a 1/2 "vacuum valve to test the seal before each dive (manual pump for vacuum drawing sold separately).

Compatible external flashes

• Using an external flash is recommended and improves the color rendering and exposure of subjects. The use of a flash with an optical fiber trigger system is not possible with this box.
• To use the TTL function of the Ikelite DS51, DS160 and DS161 flashes, a Panasonic PT1K TTL electronic converter (part number IKE46031) must be purchased separately.
