Optical heart rate technology3 measures activity intensity and heart rate variability to calculate your stress level. It also allows you to track your heart rate underwater without a heart rate belt.

Pulse Oximeter

For altitude acclimatisation or sleep analysis, a pulse oximeter4 uses light beams on your wrist to assess your body's oxygen uptake.
