Storage and Inflation Rack Management Board
Inflation priority management system with 330 bar / 230 bar regulator for inflation manifolds
The pressure regulator allows you to give priority to the inflation of the diving blocks when the pressure in the buffer cylinders is too low.
With this system, as soon as the pressure is below 240 bars* in your buffer tanks, the compressor inflates the diving blocks directly before reinflating the buffer tanks. The time to inflate the blocks is therefore very fast and you do not have to wait for the compressor to inflate simultaneously the volume of your diving blocks + the volume of the buffer tanks.
This technology has been used since 2001 in fire and rescue centers and allows in a simple and automatic way to avoid having to manage isolation valves. The use of a spillway plate makes it possible to relegate the technique of cascade inflation via valve manipulation to the time of prehistory.
The system is designed to allow the buffers to be emptied completely if necessary in order to optimize your inflation times.
Specify the type of inlet/outlet connection when ordering: 8S, 6S or COLTRI type.
* Adjustable pressure according to your needs.
Stage equipped with a 330 bar / 200 to 230 bar expansion station protected by a safety valve. The pressure regulator allows the pressure of the pads to be reduced to the inflation pressure of the diving blocks or SCBA blocks. The pressure is adjustable from 150 bar to 300 bar and a safety valve with seal and certificate protects the outlets of the inflation ramp from possible overpressure.
The isolation valve from the outlet to the buffers is sold as an option.
304L stainless steel plate.
