COLTRI stainless steel inflation ramp with lever valves
COLTRI inflation ramp with 4 outlets and quick-vent lever valves:
Stainless steel panel, with oil bath pressure gauge for a good needle stabilization, and 4 independent outlets.
To be connected to a compressor outlet or to buffer bottles.
This manifold allows the inflation of diving blocks and SCBA blocks of cylinders used by the fire safety services.
Equipment including
- 1 welded 304L stainless steel frame
- 1 manometer for pressure reading
- 4 joystick valves for fast 3-way loading (integrated purge)
- 4 Coltri 1.2 meter hoses
- 4 loading connections with anti-crushing safety valve (DIN 230 or DIN 300). The safety flap prevents the hose from whipping if a valve is opened unintentionally if the hose is not connected to a diving block.
- Inlet connection: Coltri connection (other connections available: 6S, 8S, 1/4" female ...).
N.B.: it is not possible to use a DIN-clamp adaptor that can be screwed on the DIN 230 bar connection with the anti-whiplash valve connections. If you are equipped with diving blocks with clamp type valves, you have to turn to the SC000325 or SC000329 inflating manifold with hose end conservation valves.
Technical data sheet
- Height: 20 Cm
- Width: 60 Cm
- Depth: 20 Cm
- Weight: Approx. 6.5 Kg
- Working Pressure: 230, 300 or 330 Bars
- Material: Stainless Steel
Installation:
Wall mounting with 4 screws (not included)
Connection to the compressor or buffers by flexible connection or stainless steel piping (consult us for a supply estimate).
Preferably avoid installing the ramp in an environment subject to chloramines. Chlorine is likely to form a surface oxidation film on the ramp and stainless steel tubing.
Options:
Loading hoses secured with anti-whiplash cable instead of original hoses
Upstream pressure regulator TEK207000 to regulate the pressure for buffers at 230 bar and more + safety valve
Additional outputs to transform your 4 output ramp into a 5, 6, 7 or 8 output ramp. In this case, the 2nd outlet is an outlet with a conservation valve at the end of the hose.
Warning:
This inflation ramp is not equipped with a pressure reducer or safety valve. It is designed to be connected directly to the compressor or to a buffer cylinder rack already protected by a safety valve, and whose working pressure does not exceed the pressure of the diving blocks to be filled.
For any other use, we can provide you with a regulator, pressure gauges and safety valves to meet your needs. Consult us for a quotation.
