Security:

• Blue Gold is not corrosive, flammable or toxic (either by inhalation, skin contact or vapor ingestion). All BlueGold ingredients are on the TSCA inventory list and it has no BOD (biological oxygen demand) and no VOC (volatile organic compounds).

Economy:

• Blue Gold is highly concentrated and can be used at various dilution rates depending on the amount of contamination, which saves you from unnecessary waste. BlueGold has an indefinite lifespan and at recommended dilution rates of 5% is about 44 cents per gallon use. In lifetime performance testing, BlueGold was four times higher than competing products.
• Blue Gold helps keep equipment clean and corrosion-free, eliminating lime and particle build-up on heating coils. In addition, Blue Gold does not react with the oils it removes, the product can be recycled endlessly through filtration systems with little or no loss of efficiency. Blue Gold disperses the oils so it does not generate sludge accumulation. When the stirring or ultrasound system is turned off, the oils rise to the surface and can be easily removed, while the particles settle to the bottom leaving the solution clean and practically new.

Quality:

• BlueGold manufacturers, who have been doing so for over 25 years, have an excellent quality control program to ensure that each batch meets the highest quality standards. Blue Gold has been tested according to AMS, ARP, ASTM and company specifications. Blue Gold outperforms most caustics, chemicals and solvents, even at reduced operating temperatures.

Use of ultrasonic trays:

• It is advisable to dilute BlueGold at a concentration of 5% making it an ideal cleaner for use in ultrasonic tanks. The tank should be heated to 60 degrees C. The parts washed with BlueGold and thoroughly dried are protected from surface rust for about 7-15 days. These parts can then be painted, welded or glued without any further processing.

Hand wipe:

• Blue Gold is safe enough to be used for hand wiping. We advise you, however, if prolonged use is necessary that you use gloves because Blue Gold will take the fat from your hands. Most compressed gas applications and oxygen-related cleaning applications are accomplished by hand wiping.
